Philip Griffiths, Executive Chairman of the JP Fund Group and JPFA director. Phil's career has spanned 30 years in the international finance industry in London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Wellington with senior executive roles in major international companies prior to becoming a partner in the JP Fund Group. Phil is based in the Cayman Islands combining local responsibilities with a global strategic Group role.

  

 Gordon Fordeczka, managing director of JPFA is a Chartered Accountant with previous Cayman Islands audit and financial controller experience.  He has also held a number of senior management positions in major international fund administration companies and brings a technology focus to the group. Gordon is instrumental in managing and supervising the Group's global fund administration expansion initiatives.

 

Martin LaidlawNon-Executive Director of JP Fund Administration (Cayman) Ltd. and Director of several hedge funds.  Martin was previously employed by CIBC Bank and Trust Company (Cayman) Limited as Director and Head of Fund Services where he lead new business development, maintenance of client relationships and ensured the highest levels of client service. Prior to CIBC, he was employed with KPMG, Cayman Islands audit team.

 

 Eric Wilson, Senior Manager, Fund Services at JPFA. Prior to joining the company, Eric was a Senior Fund Accountant and Account Manager with CIBC Bank and Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd. where he was employed from 1999 until the end of 2009. Eric is active in the local community and is a respected member of the Cayman Islands Fund Administration and Banking industry.
 

 

 Lucy Griffiths, Office Manager, Fund Services for JPFA.  Lucy transferred from JP Fund Services Switzerland where she was administration and accounting manager. Lucy has overseen integration of fund accounting and shareholder services into the PFS-Paxus fund administration system and is instrumental in developing the administration and accounting procedures ensuring continuous improvement within the organisation. 
 

Jonathan Pang is a Fund Account Manager, Fund Services at JP Fund Administration. Prior to joining JPFA, Jonathan worked for 3 years in the Audit division at KPMG in Sydney, and also has experience working at State Street and the Royal Bank of Canada. He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and has completed level I of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Program.

 

  Rachel Davis joined JP Fund Administration in 2010 as an Account Manager in our Funds Services department. Prior to joining JP Fund Administration, Rachel spent six years working in the  private equity and fund administration industries in both New Zealand and Ireland. During this time Rachel held Assistant Finance Manager, Senior Fund Accountant and Fund Accountant roles. 

 

Lenecia Bodden, Shareholder Services Administrator has worked in the fund services industry since 2004, Lenecia’s responsibilities include processing subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and carrying out ad-hoc client, investor and regulatory reporting.
